While Stewarts Creek's win against Smyrna wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Red Hawks had just enough and edged out the Bulldogs 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Red Hawks sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Stewarts Creek saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jaelyn Stembridge, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Stewarts Creek's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-5-1. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.2 runs on average over those games. As for Smyrna, their loss dropped their record down to 14-6.
