Volleyball Recap: A.L. Brown Takes a Loss

A.L. Brown suffered their biggest loss since April 17, 2024 on Wednesday. They lost 3-0 to the Hough Huskies. The match marked the first time this season in which the Wonders were not able to get on the board.

A.L. Brown took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-17, 25-19.

Ein Austin paced A.L. Brown's offense, picking up five kills. Austin got some help from Vinny Nguyen and his 12 assists.

A.L. Brown's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Hough, the victory keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. A.L. Brown is set to square off against their familiar foe Hopewell at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Hough will take on rival Reagan at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.
