Softball Recap: Normal West Wildcats vs. Normal Community Ironmen
Normal West had lost three straight on the road, but on Tuesday they dropped their record down to 7-13 to make it four. They came up short against the Normal Community Ironmen, falling 15-3. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Ironmen apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.
Erika Durham was cooking despite her team's loss, firing off two home runs and three RBI while going 2-for-2.
