Recap: Stewart County Royal Knights vs. Terrell County Greenwave
The Stewart County Royal Knights suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were beaten by Terrell County 76-21. Stewart County has not had much luck with Terrell County recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Terrell County to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jentaiya Rushing, who scored 17 points. Another player making a difference was Ciara Harvey, who scored 11 points.
Stewart County's defeat dropped their record down to 9-7. As for Terrell County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season.
Stewart County will head out on the road to challenge Quitman County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Quitman County has now lost ten straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since November 10. As for Terrell County, they will be playing at home against Seminole County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Seminole County is coming into the contest hot, having won their last five games.
