Sullivan County came tearing into Wednesday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 17.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. The stars were shining brightly for them in a 62-44 victory over the Columbia Montour Vo-Tech Rams. The Griffins have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rams, too.

Sullivan County's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.4 points per game. As for Columbia Montour Vo-Tech, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sullivan County and Millville will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Columbia Montour Vo-Tech and Belleville Mennonite will round out the year against one another at at 12:30 p.m. on December 28th.
