Kye Smith Game Report: vs Eagle Mountain

Grapevine's leading passer did his thing again on Friday. Kye Smith produced his best game of the campaign: he threw for 171 yards and 1 TD while completing 72.2% of his passes. Smith has also been perfect when it comes to passing interceptions: he hasn't given up a single one all season long.

Coming up, Smith and Grapevine are taking a road trip to square off against Lovejoy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs will be headed into this one with a sizable disadvantage in the rankings (they're ranked 385 places lower in Texas), but they're not letting that get them down. Will they be able to pull off an upset behind Smith? Check back here after the action for a full breakdown and analysis of the contest.
