Volleyball Recap: Natoma Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Natoma can now relate to. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Centre Cougars on Tuesday. The Tigers' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Their offense was headlined by Lillian Carter and Sophia Robison, who picked up three kills apiece. They got some help from Lynae Paget and her six assists.

Natoma's loss dropped their record down to 5-27. As for Centre, their victory bumped their record up to 11-18-3.

Natoma does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Centre, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Linn on the 25th.
