Baseball Recap: King Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact King can now relate to. They came up short against the Manteno Panthers on Thursday, falling 23-0. The shutout was out of character for the Jaguars seeing as the last time the team failed to score was back in April.

King moved to 6-9 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Manteno, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-7.
