Soccer Recap: Richland Takes a Loss

Saturday just wasn't the day for Richland's offense. They fell just short of the Tascosa Rebels by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The loss was the Royals' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Richland fell to 1-1-1. As for Tascosa, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-0-1.

Richland will challenge Keller Central at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. Richland's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Tascosa, they will take on Canyon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tascosa's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Canyon's offense will have their work cut out for them.
