Recap: Grand Meadow Superlarks vs. LeRoy-Ostrander Cardinals
The Grand Meadow Superlarks suffered their biggest loss since December 15, 2023 on Thursday. They had to suffer through a rough 78-44 loss at the hands of LeRoy-Ostrander. Grand Meadow was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as LeRoy-Ostrander apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2023.
Camden Hungerholt was his usual excellent self, scoring 41 points along with six steals for LeRoy-Ostrander. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hungerholt has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Reid Hungerholt, who scored 18 points along with two steals.
Grand Meadow's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for LeRoy-Ostrander, their victory bumped their record up to 6-9.
Grand Meadow will look to defend their home court on Friday against Lyle/Pacelli at 7:15 p.m. Lyle/Pacelli is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. As for LeRoy-Ostrander, they will head out on the road to face off against Houston at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Minnesota (Houston is ranked 311th, while LeRoy-Ostrander is ranked 306th).
