Basketball Game Preview: Lund Mustangs vs. Eureka Vandals

Lund is 1-7 against Eureka since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Mustangs will head out on the road to face off against the Vandals at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Lund slipped by McDermitt 48-47.

Meanwhile, Eureka waltzed into their matchup on Saturday with nine straight wins... but they left with ten. Everything went their way against the Colts as they made off with a 67-41 win. The Vandals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 games by 23 points or more this season.

Lund's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Eureka, their win bumped their record up to 14-4.

Lund was taken down by Eureka 68-29 in their previous meeting on January 6th. Can the Mustangs avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
