Valley has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will venture away from home to take on the Highland Hornets at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Meanwhile, Highland can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They breezed by Rio Grande at home to the tune of 42-13. The Hornets pushed the score to 36-6 by the end of the third, a deficit the Ravens cut but never quite recovered from.
Valley's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-4. As for Highland, their record is now 2-3.
Valley skirted past Highland 18-16 in their previous matchup back in October of 2021. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Highland's Eliab Lopez, who rushed for 165 yards.
