Volleyball Recap: North Pocono's Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Six

North Pocono entered their tilt with Dunmore on Monday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Bucks by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-12, 18-25, 25-11.

Despite the defeat, Dunmore saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Elena Piepoli had 13 digs. Piepoli has been hot, having posted 13 or more digs the last six times she's played.

North Pocono's win bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Dunmore, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6-1.

North Pocono has already played their next matchup (against Lakeland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Dunmore, they have also already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Scranton on the 14th.
