Basketball Recap: Hillel Academy Takes a Loss

Hillel Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Coby Shaw, who posted six points.

Hillel Academy has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Avella, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-3.

Hillel Academy and Burgettstown will round out the year against one another at at 7:30 p.m. on December 30th. As for Avella, they will face off against Chartiers-Houston at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
