Basketball Recap: Arroyo Triumphs

The third road game was the charm for Arroyo, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Miramonte Matadors on Saturday, sneaking past 59-56.

Arroyo now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Miramonte, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Looking ahead, Arroyo will take on KIPP King at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Dons will be up against the Lions' rather soft defense (which has allowed 51.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Miramonte, they will face off against San Domenico at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
