Soccer Recap: XL Academy Finishes Even with Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy

For the first time this season, XL Academy was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor the Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy Tigers could gain the upper hand on Wednesday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

XL Academy's draw gives them a new season record of 1-1-1. As for Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, they moved theirs to 5-3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. XL Academy will head out to take on Lake Mary at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy, they are taking a road trip to face off against Father Lopez at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
