Daniel extended their winning streak to 22 on Thursday, bumping them up to 23-1. They enjoyed a cozy 76-61 win over the Seneca Bobcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 66-26 back in January.

Daniel was led to victory by Braelin Cumbie and Campbell Epting. Cumbie went 6-for-10 en route to 20 points, while Epting made all 6 shots she took from beyond the arc racking up 20 points. What's more, Epting also posted an 88% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January of 2025. Lila Mann was another key player, putting up nine points.

As for Seneca, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-17 record this season. Those defeats can't be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.5 points over those games.

Seneca's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ja'Nyce Floyd, who almost dropped a double-double with nine points and 13 assists. Floyd is becoming a predictor of the Bobcats' success: when she posts at least ten assists the team is 2-1 (and 7-16 when she doesn't). Another player making a difference was Miyana Chamberlain, who posted 17 points.

Coming up, Daniel will challenge Berea at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Seneca, they will head out to square off against Camden at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bobcats' defense better be ready for this one: the Bulldogs have averaged an impressive 66.2 points per game this season.
