Baseball Recap: Haverling Takes a Loss

Haverling lost against Wayland-Cohocton back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Rams came up short against the Eagles, falling 12-4. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dayton Orlowske made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Haverling's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Wayland-Cohocton, they pushed their record up to 13-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Haverling will challenge Geneseo at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Wayland-Cohocton, they will square off against Pavilion at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
