Basketball Recap: Van Buren County Takes a Loss

After flying high against New London last Tuesday, Van Buren County came back down to earth. The Van Buren County Warriors took a blow against the Mediapolis Bulldogs on Friday, falling 75-12. The Warriors have struggled against the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Van Buren County's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Mediapolis, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-1.

Van Buren County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 51-46 win against Davis County on the 18th. As for Mediapolis, they will face off against Notre Dame at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
