Danville's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 5-3 victory over the Milton Black Panthers. The Ironmen haven't had any issues with the Black Panthers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Lavern Stoltzfus was excellent, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two runs and one stolen base. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Carter Raup was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Danville's victory bumped their record up to 7-13. As for Milton, they are on an 18-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-18.

Danville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Milton, they will head out on the road to take on Selinsgrove at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The last four games the Seals have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
