Softball Recap: Greensville County Extends Winning Streak to Three

While Greensville County's win against Surry County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Eagles had just enough and edged out the Cougars 10-8. The victory was just business as usual for the Eagles, who after three games remain undefeated this season.

Greensville County's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Surry County, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Greensville County and Surry County will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Eagles see the field they'll take on Franklin at 4:30 p.m. on the 28th. As for Surry County, their break will end when they face West Point at 5:00 p.m. on the 21st.
