Volleyball Recap: Sprague Falls Short Against Ranked Sunrise Mountain

Sprague is ranked highly in their home state and on Saturday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of Sunrise Mountain. The Olympians fell 2-0 to the Mustangs. The loss was the Olympians' first of the season.

Sunrise Mountain got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kami Milner out in front who had nine digs and two assists.

Having lost for the first time this season, Sprague fell to 14-1. As for Sunrise Mountain, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record this season.

Sprague didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against James Logan on the 27th. As for Sunrise Mountain, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Fossil Ridge on the 27th.
