Basketball Recap: Springs Valley Comes Up Short

Springs Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 69-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tecumseh Braves. The Blackhawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Braves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2024.

Springs Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Tecumseh, with the victory, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Springs Valley will venture away from home to take on Eastern at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Springs Valley is facing Eastern at the right time seeing as Eastern is stuck on a four-game losing streak. Tecumseh has already played their next contest (against Washington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
