Sequoyah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 55-36 to the Sweetwater Wildcats. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Chiefs of the 37-30 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2023.

Sweetwater found their leader in sophomore Hunter Daffron, who went 9 for 15 en route to 23 points plus three steals.
