Softball Recap: Chandler Prep Titans vs. Valley Christian Trojans        
        
		
            
 After some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last six matchups, Chandler Prep finally came back down to earth  on Monday. They fell victim to a  tough 15-2 loss at the hands of the Valley Christian Trojans. Chandler Prep has not had much luck with Valley Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
  Giada Lowman was cooking despite her team's loss,   scoring a  run while going 1-for-1.
 On Valley Christian's side, they got a  massive  performance out of  Kat Hanson, who  went 3-for-4 with a  home run, two  stolen bases,  and two  runs. The team also got some help courtesy of  Taya Clausen, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-2.
 Chandler Prep now  has a losing record at 7-8. As for Valley Christian, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won nine of their last ten contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-2 record  this season.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chandler Prep is on the road again  on Monday to play American Leadership Academy - Anthem South at 3:45  p.m. As for Valley Christian, they will  square off against American Leadership Academy - Ironwood at 3:45  p.m.  on Tuesday. American Leadership Academy - Ironwood is on a three-game streak of home wins, Valley Christian a 11-game streak of away wins  (dating back to last season)-- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the field.
