Volleyball Recap: Scituate Takes a Loss

Scituate was the 3-1 winner over North Quincy when they last played one another back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Sailors fell 3-1 to the Raiders on Friday.

Anna Bradley paced Scituate's offense, picking up 15 kills. Bradley got some help from Serena Whitelock and her 26 assists. Whitelock was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Scituate dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for North Quincy, their win ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 3-10.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Scituate will take on Notre Dame Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Quincy, they will challenge Pembroke at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
