Clinton had won six straight home games and Josie Moody did her part to make it seven on Monday. The Dragons were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Halls Red Devils thanks in part to Moody, who had 13 kills, seven digs, and three aces. She has been hot for a while, having posted five or more kills the last 16 times she's played.

The match finished with set scores of 25-2, 25-10, 25-19.

Leading Clinton to victory were Maggie Turbyville and Alaina Staudenmaier. Turbyville had nine digs, while Staudenmaier had 12 assists. That's the most digs Turbyville has posted over her last eight matchups.

Clinton's victory bumped their record up to 26-12. As for Halls, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 11 of their last 12 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-20 record this season.
