Soccer Recap: Fort Lauderdale's Victory on Wednesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Fort Lauderdale entered their tilt with Stranahan on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Mighty Dragons 7-1. The result was nothing new for Fort Lauderdale, who have now won four matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Their offense was hitting Stranahan from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. Damaris Villatoro led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

Fort Lauderdale's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Stranahan, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Coincidentally, Fort Lauderdale and Stranahan will both be playing Miramar the next time they take the pitch. The Mighty Dragons will head out to face the Patriots at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Flying L's will host them at 6:00 p.m. on December 1.
