The Liberty Creek Wolves will be taking part in a tournament against the Smith County Owls at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Liberty Creek is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.4 goals per game this season.

Liberty Creek barely beat White House-Heritage the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Wolves' defense stepped up to hand the Patriots a 3-0 shutout on Wednesday. The win was familiar territory for Liberty Creek, who have now won three contests in a row.

They hit White House-Heritage with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Cash Daniels, Landon Socha, and Chayse Manfred.

Meanwhile, Smith County didn't have quite enough to beat Monterey on Friday and fell 2-1. That's two games in a row now that Smith County have lost by just one goal.

Smith County has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-12-1 record this season. As for Liberty Creek, their victory bumped their record up to 13-4-2.

Liberty Creek skirted past Smith County 2-1 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Will Wolves repeat their success, or do the Owls have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
