Natrona County couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell victim to a tough 11-5 defeat at the hands of the Campbell County Camels on Saturday. The loss means Natrona County is still on the hunt for the season's first 'W'.

For Campbell County's part, Avery Gray made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk).
