Basketball Recap: Kickapoo Skates Past Ithaca with Ease

Kickapoo entered their tilt with Ithaca on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They blew past the Ithaca Bulldogs, posting a 62-24 win. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 27 points or more this season.

Kickapoo pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Ithaca, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-4.

The future could be bright for both Kickapoo and Ithaca: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently.
