Augusta is a perfect 10-0 against Clearwater since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Monday. The Orioles will host the Indians. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Augusta's offense. They lost 10-0 to Wellington on Thursday. Considering the last time the Orioles couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, Clearwater was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of Buhler.

Augusta's loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-13. As for Clearwater, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-9-1.

Augusta took their win against Clearwater in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 12-1 score. Will the Orioles repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
