Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Coyotes/Lobos (for girls) this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 back in February.

Poteet's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Uvalde, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6-1 record this season.
