Volleyball Recap: Ooltewah Takes a Loss

Ooltewah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Soddy Daisy Trojans. The Owls were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2024.

Ooltewah's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Soddy Daisy, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-5 record.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ooltewah will challenge Hixson at 6:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Soddy Daisy, they will look to defend their home court on September 3 against Chattanooga Christian at 6:00 p.m.
