Basketball Game Preview: Hidden Valley Mustangs vs. Henley Hornets

Hidden Valley and Henley are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The Hidden Valley Mustangs will square off against the Henley Hornets at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Hidden Valley came up short against Klamath Union on Tuesday, falling 51-25. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Pelicans: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Henley waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They managed a 53-49 win over the Storm.

Hidden Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-10. As for Henley, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season.

Hidden Valley was taken down by Henley 77-27 in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Can Hidden Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
