For the first time in his career, Izaiah Lopez scored a rushing touchdown on Monday. He rushed for 33 yards and one score, helping propel West Broward past Cardinal Gibbons by a score of 49-38. Lopez's big game is all the more special as we consider it to be the best performance he's ever had.

Lopez and West Broward will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Miami Beach at 7:00 p.m. on the 10th.
