Basketball Recap: Union City Comes Up Short

Union City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 43-28 bruising from the Quincy Orioles. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Orioles this season, with their most recent loss being a 39-25 defeat back in February.

Union City's loss dropped their record down to 7-17. As for Quincy, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.

Union City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Quincy, they will take on Bronson at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Bronson will roll in looking for their 16th straight victory, something Quincy surely won't give up without a fight.
