Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Conant). They never let the Monadnock Huskies get on the board and left with a 9-0 win on Saturday. The high-scoring effort was just what Conant needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

The victory got Conant back to even at 3-3-3. As for Monadnock, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-10.

Coincidentally, Conant and Monadnock will both be playing Prospect Mountain the next time they take the pitch. The Huskies will head out to face the Timberwolves at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, while the Orioles will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
