It was a good run, but Center Line unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-match winning streak on Thursday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ferndale Eagles. Center Line were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Ferndale apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Center Line's loss dropped their record down to 9-3-2. As for Ferndale, their win bumped their record up to 6-9-2.

Looking ahead, Center Line will be playing in front of their home fans against Fitzgerald at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Fitzgerald will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Center Line surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ferndale, they will head out to face off against Western International at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
