Basketball Game Preview: Southeast Lancers vs. Uniontown Eagles

The Southeast Lancers are taking a road trip to square off against the Uniontown Eagles at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Southeast will be strutting in after a victory while Uniontown will be coming in after a defeat.

Uniontown will be up against a hot Southeast squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went Southeast's way against Central Heights on Friday as Southeast made off with a 50-30 win.

Meanwhile, Uniontown was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 48-44 to Crest.

Southeast has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Uniontown, their loss dropped their record down to 8-5.

Southeast came up short against Uniontown in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, falling 48-39. Can Southeast avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
