Montgomery Central is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 29th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They were dealt an 80-50 loss at the hands of North Davidson.

Boston Britt put forth a good effort for the losing side as he posted 12 points and five assists. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kameron Robinson, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Wednesday Ledford sidestepped Oak Grove for a 72-70 win.

Montgomery Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-16. As for Ledford, their victory bumped their record up to 15-2.
