Volleyball Recap: Lutheran South's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Lutheran South had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Clayton Greyhounds with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lancers also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Lutheran South's got stronger as the match went on, holding Clayton to fewer and fewer points set over set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-12, 25-7.

Lutheran South couldn't miss and finished the game having scored on 42.5% of their attack attempts. That's the best hitting percentage they've posted all season.

Lutheran South's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-5-2. As for Clayton, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-8-1.
