After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Wasilla, Palmer was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 47-42 W over the Soldotna Stars. This was a revenge game for the Moose: when they faced off against the Stars back in December of 2024, they had to take a 43-41 defeat.

Palmer is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-13 record this season. Soldotna's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-13.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Palmer beat Soldotna by a score of 43-28 on Saturday.
