Soccer Recap: Western Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Western had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Waverly Tigers on Tuesday, falling 8-3. Bruno Miralles probably wasn't too happy after the game: he scored every single goal for Western and still walked away on the losing team.

Western didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 10-1 victory against Wellston on the 21st. As for Waverly, they have also already played their next contest, a 7-1 defeat against South Webster on the 21st.
