Volleyball Recap: Schurr Takes a Loss

Schurr lost against Monrovia back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Spartans came up short against the Wildcats, falling 3-0. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The final score came out to 25-23, 25-15, 25-23.

Schurr's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Monrovia, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Schurr will square off against Gabrielino at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monrovia, they will venture away from home to face off against West Covina at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
