Soccer Game Preview: Deer Creek vs. Edmond North

Deer Creek is on a three-game streak of home wins, while Edmond North is on a five-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Antlers will welcome the Huskies at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Deer Creek is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Oklahoma's top teams: Edmond Memorial, who was ranked tenth at the time (Deer Creek was ranked 20th). The Antlers fell 2-0 to the Bulldogs on Thursday. Considering the last time Deer Creek couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, for the first time since back in February, Edmond North was forced to settle for a draw on Thursday. They and Moore finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw.

Deer Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 7-5-1. With that draw, Edmond North's record moves to 8-3-2.

Deer Creek suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Edmond North in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Can the Antlers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
