Bishop is 8-1 against Santa Fe Christian since April of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bishop's has five straight wins, Santa Fe Christian has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Wednesday, Bishop's got the win against Sage Creek by a conclusive 3-0.

Bishop's not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Sage Creek between 16 and 19 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-17, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Santa Fe Christian came up short against Eastlake last Friday, falling 3-0.

Santa Fe Christian took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-19, 33-31.

Bishop's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-8. As for Santa Fe Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 6-10.

Bishop's took their win against Santa Fe Christian in their previous matchup back in March by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
