Soccer Recap: Chatfield vs. Columbine
After failing to score in their last contest, Chatfield made sure to put some goals up on the board against Columbine on Monday. They blew past the Columbine Rebels 4-1.
Chatfield hit Columbine with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Ava Erickson (2),
Anna Snodgrass, and
Jayden Heil.
Chatfield's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-6-1. As for Columbine, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-5.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Valor Christian the next time they take the pitch. Columbine will host Valor Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Chatfield will host them at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
