Soccer Game Preview: Ottawa Hills vs. Findlay

The Ottawa Hills Green Bears will square off against the Findlay Trojans at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ottawa Hills' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

On Tuesday, Ottawa Hills came up short against St. Francis de Sales and fell 3-1. While losing is never fun, Ottawa Hills can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 229th, while St. Francis de Sales are ranked 37th).

Ottawa Hills' goal came courtesy of Avi Hanusz, who's now up to seven this season.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Findlay's offense. They lost 6-0 to Southview on Thursday. The defeat continues a trend for Findlay in their meetings with Southview: they've now lost six in a row.

Findlay's loss dropped their record down to 2-12-1. As for Ottawa Hills, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8-2.
