Crosspoint Christian's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Tulelake 36-0. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Warriors' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Meanwhile, Mohawk had to suffer through a 66-12 loss at the hands of Camas Valley. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Crosspoint Christian's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Mohawk, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.
